Jeffrey is this many (he's holding up 4 fingers). He can be seen at birthday parties around Windsor, Ontario. Because of his age, he sometimes has trouble with the bigger words. If they have three or more syllabubulbuls, he might not know when to stop! Jeffrey loves to make the balloon animaninimals (sorry, big word again!).
