The character of Dotsy was born August 5th, 1992 in London, Ontario and moved to Windsor in 1995 to obtain her Bachelor's Degree in drama from the University of Windsor. Dotsy loves to paint faces and twist balloon sculptures as well as perform a magic trick or two! Dotsy has recently passed her FACE Exam, an international facepainting certification program, and is working on obtaining her Certified Balloon Artist credentials. Dotsy can be seen clowning around from Windsor to London at birthday parties, company picnics, fairs --- anywhere there's kids around!
